Key Investor Information Document (KIID)

General information

In connection with subscriptions to UCITS-consistent investment funds, banks are legally obliged to provide their clients who reside in the EU or Switzerland with a so-called “Key Investor Information Document (KIID)”.

The KIID is a two- to three-page document that describes the key characteristics, opportunities, risks and costs of the given investment fund and can be obtained from VP Bank electronically or in printed form. It replaces the simplified prospectus, which is no longer issued.
